This all came about from an idea proposed on by my friend Timur on his blog LA Bike Rides. Currently, the map only displays the "official" routes from the LA County Metropolitan Transit Authority map [pdf] released in 2006.
As you should know, take all this with a grain of salt and a side of caution as road conditions change. This site is just starting out so please bear with us as we work out the kinks. We still need to add lanes in Montebello, South El Monte, West Covina, and Diamond Bar.
